Do you ship outside of the UK?
AnswerYes, we can ship your order outside of the UK but please get in touch for shipping costs as the listed shipping costs only cover the UK.

What is your refund policy?
AnswerIf you change your mind and want to return your item(s), please get in touch within 28 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the item(s) in an unused, resaleable condition with all tags still attached, your refund will be issued.
Return postage costs must be covered by the customer and we recommend you use a tracking service when returning the item(s).

AnswerThere is no physical shop for Oscar & Ralph Ltd. We sell all our products online via our website, Instagram and Facebook.

What do I do if I never received my order?
AnswerIf your order hasn’t arrived within the time stated in the shipping option you selected then please get in touch. All orders should arrive within the estimated time but please allow an extra day or two due to the pandemic.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
AnswerIf you have received an email to confirm your order has been dispatched then unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to your order.
However, if you have not received confirmation it has been dispatched then please get in touch and we will try and accommodate any order changes the best we can.
